The design of the 145 Biltmore Condominiums by MHA Works of Asheville, NC focused on the stunning views available in the downtown Asheville area. The 34 upscale residential units on the corner of South Lexington and Biltmore Avenue in downtown Asheville featured large balconies to take advantage of views on all sides of the building.Interna-Rail Aluminum Balcony Railing

With the design focused on balcony views, the choice of railing was an integral to the success of the project. Hollaender’s Interna-Rail® with Welded Mesh Infill provided the perfect complement to the building’s modern design and the character of the surrounding area. Not only did the Interna-Rail® provide the strength, durability and elegance that the architect required, but it was the perfect product to ensure the project was completed both on time and on budget.
